What’s a viewing appointment?

One of our Viewing Assistants attends your property to show potential buyers/renters around it. Appointments are based on 30 minute slots. If this runs over time, an additional charge will be added. See  our FAQ ‘How much does it cost?’

Only two viewing parties are permitted per appointment. For example, one party at 6pm and another at 6.15pm. Once the appointment has ended, our Viewing Assistant will email you any viewer feedback about the property.

How much does it cost?

£30 for a 30 minute appointment

£36 for a 1 hr appointment

Unfortunately if your viewer doesn’t attend, the above charge for a 30 minute appointment will still be applied. Every effort will be made to contact the viewer in this instance before our team member leaves the property.

Who are your Viewing Assistants?

Viewing Assistants are a mixture of our staff and self-employed contractors working with our team. We are a property management business looking after a portfolio of houses in Hertfordshire (see main website www.homehertfordshire.com). Our team members have completed a DBS check and include retired police officers.

What time can appointments take place?

Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm

Saturday and Sunday 10am-3pm

Who can use your service?

Vendors, landlords, letting agents, estate agents,  online agents, insurance companies, property developers, investors.

How do I get the keys to the property to the Viewing Assistant?

If you have a keysafe at the property, you can leave the keys there and provide a code. Alternatively, you can use the KeyNest service to safely keep your keys in a designated outlet near your property.
