Our Story
Elma Shortt has been a landlord since 2007 and her experience spans the management of family homes, serviced accommodation apartments and Houses of Multiple Occupation in London and Hertfordshire. She is an accredited landlord with the National Residential Landlords Association and the Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme, has completed the AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks) training.
She regularly attends property industry networking meetings across London, Hertfordshire and the West Midlands.
Home Hertfordshire is a Partner in the PAL Accreditation Scheme run by Welwyn Hatfield Council.
