Home Hertfordshire Ltd is a family business with the day-to-day management of our homes taken care of by Elma Shortt. She’s supported by a fabulous team including property managers, maintenance & administrative staff. She has been a landlord since 2007 and her experience spans the management of family homes, serviced accommodation apartments and Houses in Multiple Occupation in London and Hertfordshire. Home Hertfordshire Ltd is a Partner in the PAL Accreditation Scheme run by Welwyn Hatfield Council.

Mrs Shortt is an accredited landlord with the National Residential Landlords Association and the Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme and has completed the AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks) training. She regularly attends property industry  networking meetings across London, Hertfordshire and the West Midlands.

Home Herts provides a cleaning and gardening service for residential homes as well as offices.
